TThe BioExpress® Metabolic Disorders Suite contains gene expression profiles for Type 2 diabetes, obesity, and metabolic syndromes. The data set contains several well-defined case study experiments involving animal and cell models. In addition, we are continuing to expand our collection of human subcutaneous adipose and skeletal muscle tissue samples to develop outcomes data for diabetic and obese donors, comparing before and after drug treatment, exercise, and weight loss.
